Tattoo artist Kat Von D attemps to tattoo 400 people in 24 hours. i rolled up the day of friday the 14th at 10am. i ran into some friends andrew, lionel deluy, jeffree star, and a new friend \"MURS\" who is an LA based hip hop artist.
